Tamara is passionate about sharing the hope, love, and peace of Jesus Christ, shaped by her personal experiences of God’s redeeming grace through life’s trials. Her journey has equipped her with invaluable insights and a heart for meaningful connections with others.

She earned her Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and spent eight transformative years pioneering an RV Ministry, where she lived, served and cultivated community connection—an unprecedented venture at the time. In 2019, sensing God’s call, she transitioned from full-time missionary living to lead a congregation to embrace a missional outlook and reach more souls for Christ.

Committed to ongoing growth, Pastor Tamara is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary with a focus on "Leading for Healthy Growth." She also serves on the Presbytery Governing Council and mentors ordination candidates, investing in the next generation of church leaders.

Tamara believes God has strategically placed her to use her diverse life experiences to help others discover and fulfill their purpose in God’s plan. Through preaching, teaching, and discipleing, she guides individuals toward a deeper relationship with Jesus, the Great Shepherd and source of true fulfillment.

Rooted in Lakewood, CA, Tamara loves the city’s small-town feel and cherishes the opportunity to connect with her neighbors. She volunteers as a Neighborhood Watch Captain and liaison for the Lakewood Public Safety office and her apartment’s leasing office, reflecting her heart for relational ministry and transformative hope.

Tamara is a pastor, leader, and community advocate whose deepest passion is to cultivate a powerful convergence of Christ, Church, City, Commerce, and Community. At the heart of her calling is a vision to see these realms working together in mutual relational care—bringing healing, restoration, and transformation to both individuals and neighborhoods.

She often describes her vision as a Hub of Hope—a place where care flows first from Christ, then naturally and instinctively through people walking in love. Whether in a conversation over coffee, a caring prayer petition, or a neighborhood meeting, Tamara’s goal remains the same: to share hope. Hope that listens. Hope that leads. Hope that lifts.

Every encounter is an opportunity to encourage and nurture leaders who nurture leaders—young and old—to grow into the fullness of life that God intends. She believes each person has a meaningful contribution to make toward peace, care, and loving connection in their community.
